HEY, the names jason 21 years old outa seattle washington, just getting ready to start my first chop project this winter, hardly know s*** about bikes never even ridden before, but been into street rods and custom cars my whole live. work as a body man, welder, and painter at extreme metal and paint. after checkin out different metric bikes to find the best suited my my pocket and style I FOUND THE XS 650. only plans i know so far is the basic design on my frame. 40 degree raked neck, and 5.5 in streched hardtail section to accomidate a gsxr 190mm rear tire. sportster tank, drag bars. thats it. going to purchase my doner bike this week to get started. any advice would help, tricks tips do's and dont's hopefully see ya on the streets come summer
thanks jason
