Recently, one of the tiny bolts vibrated and broke loose inside the speedometer and the other one is one its way out too. Now the cover with all the numbers on, is just rattling around underneath the glass? How do I take apart a sppedometer like this one to fix the two bolts holding down the plate? Is it or isn't it possible?

it is possible, use a small screwdriver and roll the lip of the bezel up - working slowly and carefuly around it will loosen it, then reinstall screws with blue loctite replace glass and bezel and work around with pliers to reseat bezel rim
