Any 650 riding guitar players here?

Gibson ES-335 Flametop (natural)
Vox AC30
Fender Bassman
Fender Bandmaster

All sorts of pedals and accompaniment instruments like harmonicas, etc etc.

I play Rock, Folk, New school folk rock (Think Dylan and City and Colour)

Been playing for roughly 17 years myself. Much longer than riding an XS for sure! Used to have 14 guitars, 5 amps, and at least 50 pedals. Was really into it for quite a few years, and toured around the midwest before relocating to AZ. Still have my Les Paul, 2 strats, a Jackson DR3, a Schecter, and 2 beat up acoustics that I bang on from time to time, and an assortment of pedals I just couldn't part with. Gearhead! My old band still has it's Myspace page up for nostalgia. Good times....

Right on!!

I have a '78 Les Paul Custom, a 2007 G&L ASAT, and a MIM Fender Tele of unknown year. Play them through a Peavey Classic 50 212, and a Music Man HD-150 with 4x12 cab.

Had a gig just this past Saturday. Fun stuff getting paid to turn my amp up too loud!! Very Happy

I started playing about 13 years ago.

I have a '66 Strat, a '68 Ovation Thunderhead Vibrato, and a Taylor acoustic. Played through a '79 Twin.

All wasted on me, but I love 'em.

Played out a few weeks ago. My voice is way better than my guitar playing, and will always be my preference. As always, it was a blast.

I have been teaching myself for nearly six years, with the help of some web buddies. My interest is in fingerstyle and a bit of classical. It's simultaneously one of the most frustrating and satisfying things I have ever done. I really work hard for the occasional pretty phrase or three, and that keeps me going.

23 years worth now. I don't gig much anymore, but I do a few charity events. My teen kids are learning now, so that takes a bit of patience.

Wish I could play .. Im the singer in a band (my third) but I just cant get the hang of playing guitar.. Tried for 40 years+.:oops:
