How about some steps for winterizing a 650? I figure pull the battery and put on a trickle charger, put some gas additive in the tank, and set on centerstand and block so tires are off the ground. Throw a cover on it and wait for the sun to re-emerge. Any other thoughts or steps all you great shade-tree mechanics would recommend?

buy a snowmobile suit and ride it at least once a week Laughing keep gas tank full, tie cloth rag/bags over ends of mufflers, drain the carbs, kick it over weekly (key off) not trying to start it, just oiling cylinders/valves....
to early to think about this..... Shocked oh you want a cloth cover not plastic has to be able to breath to get rid of condensation
