What Happened to 650rider.com?

650 Rider went offline for about a month at the beginning of 2010. In order to save the technical information that was here, XS650.com acquired the site and brought it back online as a read-only archive. If you were a member of 650 Rider, you will need to re-register at XS650.com

Rats... just placed an order from there for some shorter pods. I'l have to try to repair my torn terminal cover in the interim, or come up with something else for a cover.

Listen you guys (pumps and TC), you're pretty much my 2 favorite posters here. You ask intelligent questions about real problems with these bikes. Sometimes, however, you don't take the advice so well.

For BS38s, you need the RU1822 (for the pair) K&N filter. I've posted this time and time again. This is the last.

twins, I actually went to oldbikebarn.com to order those yesterday, but I think there was a problem with their e-store or something, or those may be a closeout item. So I had to "settle" the the Mike's ones out of need; for some reason it's impossible to find anything but a K&N automotive filter here locally. So I'll have to find another source for the RUs.

But I hear ya! Smile
