What do you guys use as a gasket sealer on the sump and the primary. I am having a heck of a time getting them to seal. Do you use sealer on both sides or just one side. Yes, I am torqueing the bolts per the book and in a crisscross pattern. Funny, before i bought a torque wrench I never had these issues. Seems most of these sealers are almost dry before you can get them in place.

Using gray Permatex silicone myself, all applications. Both sides. Working fine.

There's no need for any sealers. I have found gaskets are all you need. If surfaces are perfectly clean, then gaskets will get the job done with no leaks.
