I have a 1980-81 650 special and looking for the little plastic button for the starter switch on right handle bar. Can I get the actual little plastic piece? Or do I have to buy a whole switch assembly?

Yes, you can just buy the button, but at $6, that's alot for that little thing IMO ....

Here's a guy that sells solid aluminum replacements for about the same money. If I was going to buy some, this is what I'd spring for ....

That being said, even though I've had to replace a few, I've never bought one. The horn and starter buttons from the controls of practically all the '70s Jap bikes are the same and can be swapped.
