I just got my master cylinder from mikes. the new master cylinder is a 1977 style. My bikes a 1975,I tried to bleed the sytem, it took for ever to get fluid down to the caliper,But I cant get the lever to pump up. i bottom the lever out.i bled and bled.I dont get air anymor, its fluid.but the brake pads are moving a tiny bit. Could it be the hoses shot/ and are they flexing out ward.and not letting the fluid to make pressure. What do i have to buy now to get my brakes to work...not haivng a front brake is not my idea of fun.

you probably have a air bubble trapped in the fittings, take the master cylinder loose from the bar and tip it so the upper hose fitting is lower than the reservoir cup and pump it in that posistion
