Anyone know a good way to get scratches out of a vidor? They're not big, just lots of 'em. Really fine sandpaper?

Plexus is pretty good stuff & worth having around!
If that doesn't bring it up, I'd try toothpaste with a damp soft cloth (not wet, only very lightly damp). It is a nice soft abrasive! (also works well on scratched CD's)

Try to buy the rubbing compound that jewellers use on watch-faces.works a treat..
then again a new visor may workout cheaper !

I've used this stuff - works pretty well, and can even work as an aluminum polish in a pinch.

For dull and scratched plastics I use Brasso and a soft cloth. Works great, even cleans up my worn out iPod.

Yeah, theres not much difference between Brasso & jewellers polish... Theyre only mild rubbing/cutting compounds..

Meh.

I usually just go down to Bent Bike (or up to Cycle Barn) and buy a new head sled.
