Recently cut and bent my seat rails to give the bike a slightly lower profile. When doing this, it was necessary for me to remove the battery box on all wiring. I have a standard EVERSTART battery on it now, but would like to know the smallest (dimensionally speaking) battery I can use. I would like to set my bike up so that I kick it instead of pushing a button. I would like to mount the battery on or directly above the swingarm. Any suggestions????

Try www.remybattery.com I see a lot of sizes up there. You should be able to find something there that'll work. If you don't want the electric start start here :
www.remybattery.com/De...ional.aspx
Hope this helps.

You could just lower the battery by fabing a custom battery holder. That's what I did.

If you want a battery to just simply run your lights and your planning on doing a kick start application only .. you could run a '4L-BS' AGM sealed battery which is the smallest 12v sealed motorsport battery you can pretty much buy. Alot of guys here locally that are running pretty basic bikes are using them no problem. You can get them for a decent price about anywhere. I work at batteriesplus.com locally and have had good luck with the Xtreme as well as the Yuasa batteries.
Hope that helps.
