Today I tested por-15 on a rusty exhaust bracket and I'm really happy with the results. The question I have is how do you get por-15 into all those little spaces in the frame that you can't reach with a brush or clean out properly. Should I squirt it in there somehow or just leave them alone?

I have used gallons of the stuff fromSemi's ,to equipment trailers, to motorcycle frames .
If you have a compressor ,go down and buy a cheap spray gun at home depot or harbour freight and spray it on. You need to reduce it with acetone ....PS ....Por 15 black is uv sensitive and will fade from shiny black to dull in sunlight with out topcoating it with por 15 top coat.
The Stuff is Awsome rock hard and performs like powder coat. Kills rust like you wont believe you can touch it up later

The problem is that I can't get into the little openings to clean them out. I don't want to spray the stuff over 20 years of dirt that's probably in there.

Take some acetone and a stiff parts cleaner brush and dab the hell out of it use paint thinner such as laquer thinner. I have a round 30 gallon galvinized stock tank that i use as a parts wash tank to immerse my larger parts and frames and stuffI
if you do your best the POR 15 will take care of the rest itself ....I have my own car spray booth in my shop and have painted alot of cars ect .....get some smoking pipe stem cleaners to help with the small orfices ive even used old guitar strings to help ..
PS Buy a bunch of cans of carb or brake cleaner with the spray stem for the real tight spots

Ren, you could also powerwash the bike. Carwash with the high pressure hose come's to mind. Cheap too.
