I pull up to a stop light and with the clutch pulled in it dies, i have been working on getting it dialed in, but I am just not sure what to do now, carbs are good, valve clearances are set, cam chain tension is set, I am at a loss... thanks

For somethng like this, you should check the electrical side first. Is the battery voltage normal, and are you charging OK? The ignition switch, kill switch and the fuse holders can develop high resistance and rob you of voltage needed to run right.

Could also be clutch drag at idol........try a oil with a higher concentration of zink..........I prefer Valvoline VR1 20-50 and a good deisel 15-40 mixed for a good clutch.....but it can make an older clutch slip a bit until the oil breaks in ........adding 3 of mikes springs will usually set that straight.......
