No SPARK? Please help!!

I went on a bike run on Sunday and almost didn't make it back home!!
Came back and the bike was running it seemed on one cylinder was misfiring a lot and kept stalling. So i decided to wait to look at it today.
Well i tried to kick it over several times and nothing happened!?
So i pulled the spark plugs off to see it they were sparking and no they weren't. Next i made sure the coil and sensor were getting 12V and yes they are. So next i tested the sensor, first i gave it a visual and all the magnets are in place everything looks good visually,next i tested the circuit to see if it was opening and closing and it was!!. And also the coil is giving me the 2.5ohm spec? so i guess its good too? but im not sure. reason being that the coil heats up a bit wen i am tryng to start the bike. why would it heat up?
Can some one please explain to me what is going on with my pamco system?
And how i can fix it?

My carburetors have been rebuilt so i know its not fuel.
