nope saw it online. looks to me like the blurry sign may say missouri department of transportation.
At what point do the cops pull you over and give you a ticket? I mean you can get one for a having a damn light bulb out. This is just crazy.

If you look closely at the sign in the pic you can see that he is headed to the DOT office to pull a permit, that thing needs a pilot car with bridge sticks in front of it.
I don't get it either, I just don't.

I just figured it out, It's to keep his "go fasters" from slapping his face at speed and from getting tangled in the spokes in traffic.

I believe the law here is 6" above shoulder's is the limit. I'd like to see a panic stop,no,probably not.
