Figured out a good trick,
I followed the instructs given by mike'sxs and the forum and wrecked 3 new pushrod seals trying to use the gasket dressing I got from Mike's.. 3bond 1194.. grey stuff.. I'd seen the varying opinions about grease or no grease..
I had this can of silicone spray for cables at hand.. so I tried it.. frozen seal,.. cold motor.. and that seal popped in so easy it was silly. figured it would pop right out the same.. not yet.. 300Km later, not one drip and the seal is holding tight.
