Hi

I was wonering if a XS 2 tank would slip straight on to a XS C Frame it would look better as a cafe tank

Haven't tried it, but if you need some measurements from an xs2 tank I can help.
FWIW there was a Special tank mounted on my xs2 when I bought it. It fit, but not perfectly, the mounts on the front were not completely seated when the back was installed, i.e. front mount to back mount distance is longer on the XS2 tank than the special.

xs2 tank fits easy, just needs a little filing of the rear mount.
