front forks, they need seals and dust boots
front fender, there is a dent in the back, but the chrome is all good
two calipers for someone interested in a dual brake setup
one front rotor in good shape
a master cylinder for a single front disk setup
18" spoked rear wheel with drum brake, spacers and axle. (no tensioners)
mechanical voltage regulator
triple tree with hardware
tree lower brake line mount with hydraulic switch and a couple without
headlight bucket, no ring since it was had
two turn signals, no mounting brackets though
full gauge pod with both gauges. i drill tested them with a variable speed and they seem fine.
i also have the indicators and gauge cups for the specials
and the newer standard pod with the turn arrows on it.
a rear brake rotor
a maxim front rotor with the directional holes between hub and rotor.
there may be a few other things i am not remembering, but that covers most of the 650 stuff.
also parting an xs1100 79 special, any parts you need that will swap, ask about it.
oh, i think the front calipers off the 1100 should work fine on a 650 special, i have both of those.

Do you have a 1974 TX650 instrument panel for mounting the tach/speedo? Mine is shot.

i have two calipers, one is just about in new condition i think, but i have not tested it. the other one is used and kinda dirty, but i know that it works fine. the master cylinder is in good shape, as long as you can find a rebuild kit for it, you can use it.
