Let me see if I understand this correctly...ign. off, choke on, 2 kicks, ign. on , no throttle, 1 or 2 kicks should do it, yes? No electric leg on this one. What works for you kickers out there?

If the bike has been sitting put it on prime to fill the float chambers. I choke and kick with ignition on, no big dance or foreplay required.

Depends,
cold temperature start is ignition on, fuel on, choke on and maybe a couple of kicks.
Yesterday, 80 degrees F., ignition on, fuel on and a kick.
Old style petcock, on/off/reserve.
y fuel filter runs on the outside of the left carb and then loops up between the two carbs into the 't'. I can watch it fill with gas when I turn it on. Can also tell if I need to flip on reserve with just a glance or two.
When I shut her down I turn off the gas before the ignition, but
I'm crazy too.
