It's not a bolt on but it looks good when you do get it on. See

I just read the entire attachment.....I am not sure about the lag?? I guess he just put hole in the frame?

It seems so. On the front, I'm cutting off the old cups on the frame and welding on little stubs of tube for the rubber mounts. In the back I'm trying to use the stock mount somewhat. That long post is in the way of my cafe seat though. I'll probably cut it off as short as possible and put a pin in it to hold the tank down.

I'm putting the same tank on my project. I removed the mounts from the frame welded a piece of small pipe to the frame to put the rubber cushions on. I'm using the stock frame rear mount although I did apply a little heat and bent if aft to match the angle of the tank mount.
