It has been slow for me lately(2 wonderful kids) but i finally have a roller w/engine. Took a frame that had a 4" stretch and cut 3" out of it. Also added the kd175 frontend so i could roll with the 21" wheel. Hope to have it done soon.

hey man, measure from the bottom motor mount (single bolt) to the rear axle. That will tell you what stretch you have compared to a stock xs. It does not look like a 1" stretch to me. This is gonna be a wicked bike! Love it so far.

It measures 28 1/2". I kinda figured it was between 1/2" and 1" stretch after i cut it if the hardtail was in fact a 4" stretch. Not sure what a stock one measures.

stock one measures 28.5". Our 4" stretch measures at 32.5". looks like you got a stock stretch on there!

Cool. Thats what i was after but doing the math i should have missed it by an inch or a little less. I didnt want to section it to much between the bottom brace and the battery tray. Oh well, it worked out. Thanks for checking that!
