I want to paint my stock pipes and I took off all the nuts and bolts I could find that were connected to the pipes and it still won't budge. Is there a way to remove them without cutting or smashing them off with a sledge hammer? Thanks.

Do you have a crossover pipe on that model? If so, did you loosen the clamp on the crossover?

well if the head bolts/clamps are removed and the hanger brackets at the rear are unbolted just try wiggling them loose, save the BFH for things that really need it

I have heard of people forgetting the bolt underneath the rider foot pegs.

I finally got them off, I saw the ones whynot2 mentioned I missed the ones behind the pipe near the rear. Sneaky bastards.
