I have a dual setup on an 80sg that 'clicks' sometimes when braking lightly. I've noticed this on my 80g also. Yesterday ,I had a chance to get on the fr brakes rather firmly, and the 'clicking' turned into a rather ominus clunking as tho the pads were knocking around. Any help from the guru's out there on what might be causing this? brakes are kinda important...

Agreed... also check your front wheel bearings... block the front end up and make sure there is no slop in the bearings ... check the caliper bolts, make sure they are tight...

wood-z I was off but spent most of my free time wrenching. Did get out on the Ninja to buy some metric hardware. Bolts and such. Here it was so windy it was a safety concern. The dogs walked me for 3 miles and we were almost blown over so I waited until it calmed a bit.

I was riding south/north and wasn't blown around too much, but it was breezy! Also was only running about 50- reduced it's impact to a more comfortable level...see ya soon, wood-z
