Bit hard to make out. Would it be the magnificent John Surtees (75 years young today), the only man to win a motorcycle gp championship as well as a formula 1 championship? (3 x 350cc gp, 4 x 500cc gp & 1 F1)
I heard he had been doing a few demo rides!

I see him every year on the Isle of Man, stayed 200 yards from us one year in Onchan ..Seen him at Silverstone circuit (15 mins away )dozens of times, Nice bloke..
