i have attended the rally in kentucky several times, 6 or 7 times. this is the only 650 rally i have attended though.

while i haven't post much on this board, exspecially lately, i do visit and read many post. doesn't seem to be anyone hear that i have met at the kentucky rally. i plan on attending the rally again this year. it is alot of fun with great bunch of people. last years rally seem like it could be a turning point for the members and guest in attendance . i believe it would be a great shot in the arm for the society to have a really great turnout. while you don't have to be a member to attend, it will give you a discount at the motel. the rally is at a really nice place and the riding is great.

It's a great group. I would not have done half of the stuff I did to my '80 SG without the 650 Society. Still a member, love the newsletter. There is just something about holding some paper in my hand that we don't get with the internet. Of course there is a lot to be said for the speed of this form. I had a great time in Peoria in 1993, but due to work, time, distance etc. I have to wait for retirement, postponed twice already. Oh well, got to pay for those new parts.

I am a member, rejoining in early January this year, after having let my membership lapse for quite a few years. I was active in ABATE Chapter stuff and never attended an event of the Society. I am no longer an officer in ABATE and am looking at alternative events to attend in the future. But having been over-involved in ABATE for 30 years, I don't know if its this year, although we did look at the possibility of the Moonshine Run in April.
