I've got a '74 TX650 and I thought the wires were red/white and blue/white.... but I think think that is for the solenoid.
Does anyone know how to bypass both?
This is for a kick only track bike.
Thanks!!!!

Ok...
I think I have the solenoid figured out....
Just throw away the solenoid, and hook the red/white to the positive.
Then for the kill switch....
It looks like the red and white and the brown would maybe just be connected together.....
Or technically.... just run anything keyed to the switch to brown?
Is any of this right?
I have no clue what I am doing when it comes to electrical.....
Thanks guys!!!!

Maximum horse power!!!
No just kidding.
I wasn't going to run switches on the bars.....
And I don't need the weight of a starter, so I was gonna block off the starter.

when you are racing you have to have a kill switch. it has to attatch to you some how so if you crash the bike quits when you and the bike seperate.

Not in Aus, though some use that system it's not compulsory, handy though if your motors lying in the kitty litter screeming its head off with no air cleaners

i haven't raced, but a friend of mine did and what he used was a set of points mounted on the bars and wired them to the ignition to kill the engine when closed. then put a piece of plastic between the contacts. hooked a string between the plastic and his wrist. so if his hand came off the bars the string would pull the plastic out of the points to kill the engine.
