I've seen a few with stretched swing arms. Wiseguys Choppers sells a 4" stretched arm. In their install instructions they say that you have to remove the passenger footpegs. You also have to lengthen the brake actuator rod and drag arm.
I was looking into doing this as well, but was wondering if it is possible without removing the footpeg mounts for the passenger. I assume with this particular swingarm, they are a clearance issue. Anyone done this without having to cut off the pegs?
