650 Rider went offline for about a month at the beginning of 2010. In order to save the technical information that was here, XS650.com acquired the site and brought it back online as a read-only archive. If you were a member of 650 Rider, you will need to re-register at XS650.com

Found your site after buying an 1978 xs 650 off of e-bay.

Had a 1975 years ago and loved it, always wished I had kept it.

In the shop getting checked over as i'm not that mechanicaly inclined.

Hope to have many years of enjoyable riding on one of the best bikes ever built.

Hey Ray, welcome aboard. I just bought my 4th 650 last month off of ebay for my fiance. It's a 78 also. Once you've had one you can never get it out of your system. Hey, aren't the one who outbid me on that one..........
