What Happened to 650rider.com?

Hi, What does it mean to "stop watching this post"? I'm new here and am not fluent on this site yet, any help would be appreciated and please see my bike at mark58mark on youtube.

If you reply to a post,
you are "watching this post" and will get an email notification of new replies. Suppose it is a topic you have heard enough on and don't care to get those notices in your email any longer, you click on....drum roll here...."stop watching this post".

I'm still learning myself (gotta know something to give advice) and sometimes on a post in which I am interested I don't reply but I do want to know how things come along for a fellow member I'll "watch this post" to be updated. Is all this clear as mud?
