now the rpms are hanging they take a liitle to come back to idle is this the sync not correct or advance rod needing lubed

Probably the advance rod. Lube with moly grease.

Could be an air leak as well creating a lean condition. New manifolds are needed on most of these bikes. You'll pull your hair out trying to tune and sort the carbs if you have the old manifolds and they're all cracked and sucking air.

ok i went over the gaskets with cleaner no change in idle so no leaks???? now the advance rod remove from points side and clean and lube with moly grease i found some brake grease containing moly will that work i am about ready to pull my hair out .

Is the throttle cable binding anywhere? When it's running high can you push the throttle linkage back to idle. Maybe the idle is set a tad to high and you not noticing it till the bike is good and warm?

i did noticed that i could back idle screw out completely and idle would stay the same and when i closed it with my hand i idled down but as soon as a let it go it got faster like the spring on the carb is to strong ??????? i cant find it catching anywhere

So maybe you don't have enough tension on the return spring? Take the cable off and work the throttle. It should snap back shut.
