Hi guys,
I bought a pair of used mufflers last week to replace the beaten up and previously patched pair of them that came on my bike. The old stock set had patches welded onto the undersides at the back end near the tips, and the crossover pipe was rusted out and broken in the middle, so I decided to replace them before I attempted to do any serious tuning on the engine.

The chap I bought them from said that they were aftermarket and very quiet, but I noticed that I could see all the way through them when I looked in the end so I had my doubts about how quiet they were going to be! I had the bike running with them on there tonight, and although they were a little louder than the stock set, they didn't sound off too badly while the bike was running in the driveway.

Anybody seen mufflers like this and have any idea who might have manufactured them?

p.s. - Please excuse the homemade clamps I used to connect them to the front pipes, I only need this setup to get me through the safety inspection. I'll be making my own pipes for it before this bike goes on the road.
