Whats the optimum gap for a 75 xs650? Thanks in advance. I'm getting my manual soon I swear.

If the ignition is stock, .028", but a more powerful coil that can jump a larger gap will show benefit to having a larger gap. Testing has shown gaps as large as .080" igniting very lean mixtures but I've read the returns are diminishing above .044".
