I tried searching but with no luck. I purchased some new handlebars for my 75 but cant seem to take the old ones off. They are internally wired and I cant find a place to unplug them. The wires run into the headlight and before I start taking that apart I thought I would ask you guys. Also whats the best way to take my throttle off? tia

Remove a couple of screws from the bottom of the kill switch and separate the halves, this will then release the throttle. Prev owner may have fished the wires through the bars and then added the connectors inside the headlight bucket...............which means you would have to cut off the connectors. Just write down the colour code for each wire.

the wires can be disconnected inside the headlight and pulled out of the handebars without cutting them, takes a little finesse (and some oil) but it can be done
