Ok I decided to try charging my battery again so I can get the bike running. The bike has had a valve job done, but I coucldn't start it ever since.

I'm starting to think it might be the battery.

I bought the batter new last summer, the bike ran on it everything was fine. I pulled the motor to replace the valves, during which time the battery was not charged up for maybe a little over 2 months. I get it back, charge the battery and what I notice is that the charger will say that it's charged much quicker, maybe after 3-4 hours, but after a few seconds it will start charging again. I noticed this once I got the bike back, the battery's been sitting over the winter, but I tried charging during that time.

I put the multimeter on it and this is what happens, the charger charges it up to maybe 14.5 and it says done, then the voltage will drop to 13.1, it will stat charging again and this repeats itself over and over. I was charging it for 6 hours today and when I take the charger off the battery doesn't even have 13V. It's like 12.9V. What's going on here?

I noticed that the acid in two of the banks is a little overfilled. I spent $50 on this battery and ran it one or two times and now it's a throw out?
