I just thought I would ask I just ordered a set and I should get them on friday but just curious what you think. I bought the direct fit no reducer style 1.5" id

I have them and think they're very nice. I recommend you use what I like to call the "Goran Method" of mounting them. A single strap and one bolt head in that sliding track don't cut it on an XS. It'll break through in no time.

I USE THE REAR PEG MOUNT TO MOUNT MY CURRENT SET OF PIPES I WAS THINKING THE SAME FOR THESE. I don't run rear pegs but I did not want to cut the mount. you never know I might run them in the future. for now they make a nice place to mount the pipes. I took a stock bolt and ground the head to fit the slot on the front side . use a lock washer on the bolt on both mounts and has worked great so far.
