I am now the proud owner of a 06 Honda Shadow and the misses insists that i get rid of the old Yamaha. And since there is only room for one bike in the garage since her vehicle also resides in there, i agree that the 650 needs to go.

Its a 79 xs650 Special II, good tires, non original ignition and added inline fuel cutoffs. The seat has a small tear in the seam, and the speedo has been replaced...i still have the original one though. The bike only has 9200 original miles on it.
Im located in East TN and am looking to get $650 out it. If you or anyone you know is interested let me know : )

The ignition itself hasn't changed, what i should have said is the ignition switch has been changed. If you look in one of the pics on craigs list you can see that i put a switch in the right side cover.

So I guess it's gone? Well seems like a decent price . Good luck with the Shadow. Too bad you couldn't keep the XS. Honda makes a good ride too. Don't be a stranger.

Yes its gone, i sold it after 1 day of posting it on an online classified. Im loving the shadow, it will eventually be the wifes bike and i will be getting something a little bigger but for now i will not complain about 54+ mpg.
