I have been looking around for a set of 12-14 inch ape hangers. I really don't think $100+ is worth it for a bent chrome pipe. I'm watching ebay but most come close to that price. Does anyone have a link to a place to get a nice set?

Yea they dont really make 14" 7/8 bars either. Im hitting up a swap meet this sunday hope to get some used 14" bars and 1" harley risers. I have 14s on my other bike, they are perfect for me. Good luck post if u find cheap bars. Paugho has 13 inch apes for like 40 and some change I think if u ever wanted to go to 1" bars.

I just got (October 07) a great set of 12" apehangers off ebay for about $40 brand new - perfect height for my stock bike and me. 16" would have definately been to high for myh stock bike. One thing to keep in mind also - you will need new cables and brake lines as well. EBAY was a little rough on those (too many people didn't know the length of the cables they were selling) - got the most solid deal at 650central. Too bad mikesxs doesn't carry longer cables and brake lines.

Sounds like Ebay and 650central are where Ill have to buy from. I tried sitting on the bike and holding up an extra set of bars off my Warrior and think I will go with the 16" bars. The Warriors bars are 1" diameter and about 12" rise.

I have found several pairs of 12 to 18 inch apes on ebay. I cant remember off the top of my head who the seller was (they were all listed with the say seller) ,but they were 45 to 60 bucks.
