Here's a pic of one of our rides this summer. Had to stop, butt hurt. Mine is the xs in the back and the other is my buddies '70 650 Triumph. The Yamaha definitly is faster and better performer.

What did your buddy have to say about the yammy running better?? Good looking bikes, both of them.

Bobjj, I to do lot of riding with an old freind he on one of his BSA's and me on my 72 XS.Just about every ride he looks at the Yamaha and say's that thing spelled the end for these brit. twins.which for the most part it did then. The line's and feel were close, the yamaha's where trouble free for the time period. Thanks for the pic's I enjoyed

I think the Yamahas were cheaper than the Brit bikes too weren't they?
