Hi everybody!

y name's Marco and I write from Italy.
I love XS' but never had one, I've always had "fours", a Suzuki GSX and a Honda CB 400 SS.
I'm now approaching to buy a couple of '74 XS, both working, whose only one is original in colour.
The price I've been asked is quite good, especially for Italy - these bikes are quite rare, but, since I'm not tall, I'm concerned about seat height, can anybody tell me how tall is it (in millimeters)?
I've never tested a XS, I confess, so I don't know if it would fit me...

Thanks in advance!

Hi Marco,

Welcome to the site, I can tell you this much about the bike size if it's to tall you can always drop the hight by changing the shocks and re-cutting the seat foam.

When I get home tonight I will get the size from my stock bike and post it for you.

If you have a good offer to buy the bikes do it you can't go wrong with theses moyorcycles!

I would think they would be close to the same height as a Suzuki GSX or a Honda CB 400 SS. They're fine machines!

Hi everybody,
I'm probably going to see the bikes this week-end, let's hope they're good...
I'll see also if I could touch the ground with both feet!
Thank you!
