I have noticed a difference in fuel lately.. At every gas pump you go to nowadays, you always see that little tag on the pump. "Contains 10% Ethanol". I am thinking that this may be causing the old girl to run the way she has been lately... Does anyone have a recommendation on an additive that may countereffect the crap that they are using as filler in todays gas? Just wondering.......

Yeah buddy I do......real lead addittive, not some "jet fuel" trash but real old fashioned mind retarding lead. About 10 bucks per little pint or so. Goes a long way. No pinging and welcome to compression fuel. A couple shotglasses per tank and rock it.

autozone....you gotta dig around, it's the stuff with the "not legal for street use" or "off road use only" labeling. Any decent auto parts store should have it.
