That's a super looking bike. The colour is awesome. The Honda tank is perfect for the lines of the bike. How long did the project take from start to finish? Did you use the stock ignition or did you upgrade. I'm curious about the ignition because I'm planning to upgrade the stock coils on my 1978 XS650SE.

Thanks for the comments. It took right at a year for me to do. But that was not solid work. I would hit it hard for a few weeks, then do nothing for months. It was just a relaxing project. The ignition is stock, I thought about upgrading to electronic but was trying to keep it a low budget operation.

Bike looks great. One question though. How did you get your turn signals to work properly? I bought a set of mini's like that (in black though) and cannot figure out how to make them blink.

How do you like the commando exhaust? Is it from Mikesxs? The sound, can you describe it. The bike looks great, enjoy.

Very, very clean looking bike....Nice work......Looks like brand new++++Some slotted front rotors from an 1100 on the front and an 850 on the back if the back is stock would really set that thing off.

What bike is your master cylinder off of? I started the cafe/drag bike project today, and the master cylinder is at a hell of an angle now.
