Hi All,
I had been looking for an XS650 to build into an early 60's type cafe racer and I found a '74 fairly close to me. From the poorly lit pictures it looks to be fairly intact, if somewhat rusty. The current owner has had it for 5 years, but never tried to get it to run. He has it stored inside, but it's obviously spent a number of years out in the elements. For my purposes, though, that's not a biggie as alot of the stock stuff will be changed anyway. And the price was right ($300). I'll post my progress.

Welcome, and good luck.
You'll probably end up, like the rest of us, spending $3,000. on a
$2,000. bike and loving it anyway.
