The two main staff are off with some kind of Flu and the others are just trying to get out the huge X Mass backlog of orders ( the main man has 4 small kids and they bring home a new sikness from school/daycare weekly ).
I will ask them to look into your problems asap.

Quoting myself here, but I finally got around to pulling the carbs off to check the condition of my replacement carb holders. They were installed near the end of August, and have only about 3 months of use. They look pretty much the same as the ones I replaced:

there has been a lot of discussion and just plain cussing on various forums about mikes intakes breaking down due to poor rubber compound/ethanol gas problems
