i am having the worst time remounting my kickstand. i hard tailed my bike with a tc chopper tail, and im completely done, but i cant get the kickstand to stay up and dont have any place to tac the spring. what do you all do?

make a small tab with a hole in it took hook your spring to/weld tab to frame/hook spring/done

question is where. no matter where we try the kickstand hangs down.

is the bolt that hold the stand on have slop in it? on most of these old bikes the stand and pivot are worn
