- Still waiting for the MikesXS Cafe seat they claim will be out this summer, made to fit the '81 XS650 Special.
Mod's:
- Removed Special rear brake light cluster and installed a '71 old-school brake light cluster.
- Added rear mini-tool bag.
- MikesXS 3.9 gallon black/gold tank.
- Clubman bars...

interesting tail light conversion, show you can change the appearence of these without a sawsall and cutting torch lol

I also have a pair of fork gaitors, but I am going to need some guidance on how to install them.

Scott | the thing is you don't have the hardware seats to mount them at the top, they should fit on the lower sliders ok, I put gaitor boots on my 74 model, what I did was I got some raditator hose and cut a couple of pieces to fit around the fork tubes and then used ty-wraps to hold the tops
