Hi everyone,

I recently got given to me a 71 yamaha xs1b from my uncle when he found out I was looking for another bike. It has been in his garage for 6 years but after a little tinkering I got it to fire right up. It needs a bit of work but I have been slowly getting it ready for next season. It needed a battery, key switch, fuel shutoffs rebuilt and some other small stuff. Its in great shape for its age and only has 15,000 miles on it. If anyone comes across tank badges for it please let me know.

Ira

Yep, I plan to put her back as close to stock as I can. If you hear of anyone with tank badges for a 71 please let me know. Thanks for the response.
