Besides the obvious, what's needed to convert a bike with rear drum to disc?
I know I'd need the correct wheel, rotor caliper and master cylinder. What else is involved?

The swingarms have different bracketing. Might be easier to do a swingarm swap also.

on the disc brake the strut hooks to the top of swing arm. either weld a new bracket to your swing arm or get a disc brake swing arm. the brake pivot shaft is different and the pivot shaft stop is different. you will need to add mounts to hold the m/c. i did it on my 75. i added a bent piece of steel on the drum brake pivot stop to make the stop for the disc pivot. i brazed a couple threaded rod connectors to the frame to mount the m/c. not hard to do either mod, and i can swap back to the drum set up just by swapping the parts back.
