hi everyone just a quick question does anyone know if there should be a shim (thin washer) at the end of the kickstarter shaft ..where shaft touches internal housing, any help greatfully recieved as i dont have a manual PS does any one know of a parts supplier in the uk...thanks paul.

Paul I dont have a manual handy, but if you go to powersportspro.com you can look on the micro physch after a short free membership.

I don't think there is a shim where you mention, that is ... if you pull the kickstarter shaft out from the engine (not 100% sure). There is one between the engine clutch cover and the outer lip on shaft.
