well i fixed the spark on the left side and finally made the first voyage to a local city it was an hour ride round trip. the trip went well, I thought well that went well lets try a couple hour trip. On the way down it went great ran perfect. On the way back is when i had the problem. I was doing about 60-65 mph and the engine seemed like it was cutting out i stopped and let it cool down nothing looked off of different. I got back on the road and about 4 miles later the engine stoped running and wouldnt restart I tried to kick start it but if feels like it will not even move. What can I do? Do I need to get a new engine or can I rebuild?

Depends on what's wrong. It could be something as simple as piston seizure, in which case your engine's definitely worth saving. You won't know till you open it up. The key question is why it locked up. You want to have that issue identified.
