Was curious if it's best to adjust chains, final drive as well as cam, with the bike cold or warmed up after a ride? It doesn't really say in the manual that I could find.

Do the cam chain cold. For the drive chain, tolerances aren't close enough and the temp differentials aren't great enough for it to matter.
