I have an issue. Actually I have issues galore but I feel it's best to tackle them one at a time. I'm not really sure how to describe what's going on so I made a video.
It's here.

It seems like it's stuttering through the carbs. I have made every adjustment to them that you can make and it always does the same thing. I have a printed copy of the carb guide that I have just about memorized. Everything is clean. There are no ports obstructed. I have moved the needle up and down, different main and pilot jets, synch screw, fuel mixture screw. always the same. Just about everything inside those carbs are new. Occasionally if I let it run for a while it will even out and run like it should. Not like a warmup either, it's inconsistent and generally takes at least 10 minutes if it does it at all. More and more it just doesn't. I had this same issue before and I had a valve stick and broke the stem in half. I opened up the cover and it jumped out. So I took the head off and switched the middle section with the valves and springs for mine. It was put back on with the mark facing up and all that. Same issue as before. I have spark and a decent stock coil on it. I've tried 2 different stock ignition boxes and rectifiers. I completely re-wired the bike (It kicks right over but doesn't charge...one problem at a time.) I've also set the valve clearances and cam chain tension.
If you put it in gear it jerks like it sounds. I think you could probably ride it after it calms down but if you turn it off it may or may not stay calm. If you look closely you can see the fine mist of gasoline spraying from my carbs. Anyone have any ideas?

???Do your intakes have the brass nipples on the bottom? At one time I thought mine were for overflow & couldnt get my bike to run right-(silly me)-then I realized they needed to be caped.

They are new and capped. I think I may have a solution. I'll keep you posted
